Many forms of support is available through Denlyn Computers.
Phone support is the most obvious but we also provide email support and remote support. Phone support is available for small tasks
but if the information goes into detail, then we will recommend we come and see you and your computer. Email support is a little bit
more in-depth where we can ascertain the situation, but once again, it all depends on how much information you need.
Remote support is our preferred method for moderate tasks and to do this, we use a program called TeamViewer. You can download team viewer below
and once installed at your end, we can access your computer to fix the issue.
All support is associated with costs and payment must be made first. Existing customers will be invoiced as per agreement.
